Returns & Exchanges

At SCHUTZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in the original designer box and secure them inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
